108 local pages for a home buyer, without writing them one by one.

The problem

RealtyResq buys houses for cash across Massachusetts. Sellers search for their exact situation in their own town, like “sell inherited house in Brockton”, and there are hundreds of those combinations. Writing a page for each one by hand doesn’t scale.

They were also running Google Ads and needed to see which campaigns brought in leads without logging into three different tools.

What I built

  • Pages generated from data

8 services × 11 cities make 88 local pages, plus city hubs and ad landing pages: 108+ in all. Adding a city is one entry that creates nine new pages.

  • Every page collects leads

A quick form in the hero and a full form below. Each submission is checked and emailed to the team instantly.

  • Built for Google Ads

Dedicated landing pages for paid campaigns, with GA4, Google Tag Manager and call tracking wired in from day one.

  • Ads + analytics dashboard

A private admin app that pulls the Google Ads API and GA4 so campaign spend and results sit side by side.
