Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are starting prices to help you plan. They aren’t an offer. Every project gets a written, fixed quote after a free call, and only that quote is binding once we both accept it.

Case studies and examples

Examples, results and numbers on this site describe past or sample projects. Your results will depend on your business.

Ownership of work

When a project is paid in full, you own the code, content and accounts created for you, as set out in your project agreement. Third-party tools and licenses remain subject to their own terms.

Website content

The text, design and graphics on this website belong to Digiloy unless noted otherwise. You’re welcome to share links; please don’t copy the site or its content without permission. Some photos are used under their own licenses.

Online payments

Invoice payments made through this site are processed by a third-party payment processor. Refunds and disputes are handled according to your project agreement.

No warranty

The site is provided “as is”. I work to keep it accurate and available, but can’t guarantee it will always be error-free or online.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Digiloy isn’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
