One menu for a family restaurant, everywhere it needs to be.

The problem
Family Kitchen is a small Lao and Thai restaurant tucked down a side street in Woonsocket. The menu lived in scanned printouts, and every price change meant updating the website, the paper menus and the delivery apps separately.
The owner is most comfortable in Lao, so a typical English-only website dashboard wasn’t something they could keep up on their own.
What I built
One menu database
Every dish, price, spice level and add-on (proteins, extras) lives in one place. The website menu is built from it automatically.
A menu editor in Lao and English
The owner signs in and edits dishes, prices and photos in their own language. No translation widget. Every label was written by hand.
Printed menus from the same data
One command rebuilds the tri-fold take-out menu and a USPS EDDM postcard mailer with a QR code, balanced to fit every fold.
Built to be found
Restaurant, menu and FAQ structured data, matching Google Business Profile details, catering and FAQ pages, and links to the delivery partners.
