The problem

M&M Landscaping is a design-build crew in Danvers, MA. Their old WordPress site gave patios, outdoor kitchens and pools the same billing as everything else, even though that’s the work they want most.

Most new customers search for a job in a specific town, like “patio installation in Peabody”. The old town pages were thin copies of each other, and the owner had just started publishing blog posts from WordPress that needed a home on the new site.

What I built

  • A page for every service and town

17 service pages, a page for each of 16 North Shore towns, and 96 service-and-town pages with real local details like permits and setbacks, keeping the old URLs Google already knew.

  • A blog that updates itself

Posts are written in WordPress and appear on the fast site within seconds of publishing. No developer, no redeploy.

  • A two-step estimate form

Visitors pick what they’re planning and their town, then the request lands in the owner’s inbox.

  • Set up to be found and reviewed

Google Business Profile claimed and verified, a short review link, and a review prompt at the foot of every page.
